The University of Verona (Italy) offers a two year (120 ECTS) Master's Program (Laurea Magistrale) in Mathematics and Applications taught in English, an evolution of the previous "Corso di Laurea Magistrale in Matematica".

The Program has a strong international flavour, with many classes held by international visiting faculty. It offers courses in pure and applied mathematics, with a special attention to financial mathematics and applications of mathematics in other sciences. The approach is interdisciplinary and involves researchers from physics, computer science, life and health science, economics.

There is also an exchange program with the Master's Program in Mathematics of the University of Trento, allowing students to attend courses offered by that university, and there are bilateral agreements with several European universities inside the Erasmus program.

Students having completed the Master's program will be able to work in banks and industry, to collaborate with other scientists in interdisciplinary research teams, or to enroll in a PhD program. There is also the possibilty to follow a profile in foundations and teaching of mathematics (partially taught in Italian) that prepares for high school teaching.

Target students have a Laurea Triennale or an equivalent foreign degree (Bachelor), with a strong basic training in Mathematics.
