We will introduce the definition of spherical Hopf algebras and spherical
categories. Also we will recall the definition of a fusion category.
We will see a way to obtain fusion categories from spherical ones, and
discuss possible techniques to find the fusion rules, related with methods
applied to quantum groups at roots of unity.
