Title: On τ-tilting subcategories In this talk we will speak about the notion of (support) τ-tilting subcategories in abelian categories with enough projective objects. After recalling their definition, we show a bijection between support τ-tilting subcategories and τ-torsion-cotorsion triples and we will explain some of the consequences this bijection.

Time permitting we will explain how the notion of support τ-tilting subcategories relates with classical τ-tilting theory and we will show an application of our results to quiver representations.
